Tutoring & EF Coaching Rates

Students will enroll for a minimum of two sessions per week. Engaged Minds’ tutoring and executive functioning coaching session rates are listed below.

  • Preschool & Elementary $145 for 60 minutes, $120 for 45 minutes

  • Middle School (6th-8th) $155 for 60 minutes, $130 for 45 minutes

  • High School (9th-12th) $165 for 60 minutes

No reduced rate or slide scale sessions are offered. Engaged Minds does not file with insurance.

Assessment

New tutoring students will be assessed to determine areas of strength and need. Participation in the new student assessment shows the tutor exactly which skills to target in sessions so that each lesson can be tailored to your child’s precise needs. For these reasons, the new student assessment is required to begin tutoring with Engaged Minds.

The new student assessment is not conducted for executive functioning coaching students or high school students.

The cost for the new student assessment is $375 which includes up to two hours testing time, time to gather background information, and a Zoom meeting to share the results of the assessment.

Students that are enrolled in tutoring are formally re-assessed by their tutor throughout the year to ensure they are progressing their skill set. The results of benchmark assessments are available to parents.
